AI that works inside real processes
Most AI pilots stall because they sit next to the work instead of inside it. We design AI agents as steps of a defined process: each agent has a role, the data it may use, the rules it follows and a person who checks its result where it matters.
Our technical direction is led by Branko Kmetec, a BPM architect and AI strategist with more than 30 years of international experience in banking, insurance, logistics and government – from Appian and Camunda process platforms to agentic AI systems.
Typical use cases
-
Request intake and triage
An agent reads incoming e-mails and forms, recognises the request type, collects missing data and routes it – with a draft reply that a person approves.
-
Document processing
Offers, orders, invoices or applications: data extracted, checked against your records and handed to the next step; exceptions go to a person.
-
Back-office assistance
Agents prepare reports, summaries and multilingual content drafts from your systems; your team reviews and publishes.
Human oversight by design
Every AI step is logged and reviewable. You decide which results are approved automatically and which always need a person. That keeps quality visible and responsibility clear – also with regard to the EU AI Act.
How we work
-
Map one process
Together we follow one real process end to end: inputs, decisions, systems and where time is lost.
-
Design with checkpoints
We decide which steps an AI agent or automation takes over and where a person approves – and write it down as rules.
-
Pilot and measure
A working pilot on your data, with a before/after comparison of time and errors.
-
Run and hand over
We put it into production, document it and train the people who own the process.
