A region's tourism, live on one platform
Spotvibez · launching 10 January 2027
Spotvibez turns a region's restaurants, spas, routes and events into bookable products on one platform – and providers onboard by talking to an AI agent.
On 10 January 2027 it goes live with the Slovenian providers of Bike & Spa, Hiša gibanice, and RG Bistro with Radgonske gorice; the municipality of Ljutomer and Gostilna Šiker follow in February.
Launch: January and February 2027
Five anchor tenants go live on one platform – a cross-border destination, a municipality and three providers. All five are already set up on Spotvibez; three open on 10 January 2027, the municipality of Ljutomer and Gostilna Šiker follow in February.
-
Bike & Spa – Slovenian providers first
A cross-border cycling destination between thermal spas, built in the Interreg Slovenia–Austria project BIKE & SPA with ZIP Maribor, Business Point and the municipality of Moravske Toplice: around 100 providers in four languages, the seven-stage Slovenian route with stage pages, posters and a stamp card. In January the Slovenian providers go live; the Austrian and Croatian providers follow later in 2027.

Gostilna Šiker
A restaurant: menus, the daily lunch and table reservations on its own Spotvibez page, maintained by the restaurant itself.

Onboarding by conversation: the AI agent
In development · shipping with the January launch
Send a photo of your menu and your address. The agent drafts your profile, menu, opening hours and booking settings; you confirm. Experiences, reservations and vouchers follow in the same conversation instead of forms.
It builds on the AI menu parsing already in use in the Spotvibez admin: a photo or PDF becomes structured dishes with allergens and translations, checked by the provider.
Built with the network
Providers and destinations are co-developers, not only customers. When a need is shared or a partner co-funds it, we build it once as a module that every tenant can switch on. We build modules, not projects: the first partner funds it and gets it first, the network reuses it. Routes, stages, posters and the stamp card came from Bike & Spa; experiences, time slots and vouchers from Hiša gibanice; the daily lunch from Gostilna Šiker.
-
Founding Partner Programme
For the first ten destinations and fifty providers on the platform: a seat on the roadmap board, a vote on which modules come next, early access and preferential terms.
-
Co-funded modules
A destination or provider funds a module's build – as an implementation fee or as an EU project output – gets it first, with a period of exclusivity and a lasting discount; then the module goes to the catalogue for everyone.
For destinations: live in four weeks
A municipality, tourist board or regional agency gets its destination on Spotvibez in four weeks – the scope of the Ljutomer pilot:
- a destination page under your brand, with routes, attractions and events
- a register of 20–40 local providers, imported from your lists and maintained by the providers themselves
- two pilot providers set up completely – menus, hours, experiences, reservations
- seasonal campaign pages, for a festival or a harvest season
- a report on what visitors viewed and booked at the end of the pilot
Cross-border and EU-funded routes work the same way: Bike & Spa is the template.
For providers
Restaurants, farms, wineries, spas, accommodation and workshops: your page, your data, your bookings – no separate website needed. Two levels, prices on request.

Investors
We are raising a €400–500k pre-seed to make the founders full-time and repeat the launch across Europe.
What exists today: the platform, built by two founders without venture money and funded by paid project work; 20–30 paying restaurant and hospitality clients; around 100 Bike & Spa providers onboarded in four languages, 45 of them from one partner spreadsheet in a working day; two EU programmes (Interreg BIKE & SPA, Phoenix 4.0) funding delivery; and five anchor tenants going live in January and February 2027.
The round funds 18 months: full-time founders, a first engineer and a destination-success lead, three paying destinations and a repeatable four-week deployment. The full deck and the data room are available on request.
