- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
Smartomate brings a unique synergy of expertise—Janja Viher, with over 15 years of experience in leading tourism boards, development agencies, and public-private partnerships, contributes domain knowledge in sustainable tourism, agrifood ecosystems, and regional innovation strategies. Branko Kmetec, with two decades of experience in BPM, low-code platforms, and AI, delivers technical expertise in automation, agentic AI, and data-driven system design. - Tender Documentation and Proposal Preparation:
We provide structured and strategic support in developing competitive EU project proposals, from concept notes and impact narratives to detailed budgeting and work package design. - Regional Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement:
Leveraging Janja’s deep network and leadership roles in Slovenian tourism, local governance, and EU project consortia (Horizon, COSME, Interreg), Smartomate can act as a connector and facilitator between local actors, institutions, and EU partners. - Project and Technical Management:
We lead or support project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality results—based on agile project management methods, strong communication skills, and a hands-on, outcome-driven approach.
